These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use and transactions on the website owned, controlled, and operated by BTO ("BTO"), including BTO Health (https://btohub.com) (the "Website"). BTO may add additional websites as the business expands, and these Terms will apply to any new websites.
You may access our Website via computer or mobile devices (e.g., through the BTO mobile app). Regardless of the access method, your use of the Website is subject to these Terms. You may use our interactive services ("Interactive Services"), such as ratings and reviews ("RR Services") and other services BTO may introduce. Your use of Interactive Services is also governed by these Terms.
BTO may interact with you on third-party websites, including posting content or requesting feedback on social media platforms like http://www.facebook.com/BTO ("Social Platforms"). Our Terms, Website, and related guidelines ("Guidelines") and rules ("Rules") apply to Social Platforms and Interactive Services. However, BTO does not control these third-party platforms, and these Terms do not apply to companies or individuals not owned or managed by BTO. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, FAQs, Guidelines, and Rules. BTO reserves the right to modify these Terms, FAQs, Guidelines, or Rules at any time, with notice posted on the Website. Changes take effect 14 days after posting. Orders are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Website immediately.
1.1 You may only use the Website as permitted by these Terms.
1.2 All intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, etc.) on the Website is owned by BTO or licensed to BTO. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
1.3 You may electronically copy/print Website content only for personal use (e.g., placing orders, using Interactive Services). Any other use (modification, distribution, republication, etc.) requires BTO’s written permission.
2.1 To purchase products, you must provide personal information (name, address, email, etc.).
2.2 We process your data per our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
2.3 Failure to provide required information may prevent order submission.
2.4 Due to high demand, each product is limited to 6 units per customer. Products are for personal, non-commercial use only—resale is prohibited.

4.1 Website information is an invitation to treat—your order is an offer. A contract forms only after BTO sends a shipping confirmation.
4.2 To order: Add items to cart → Click "Secure Checkout" → Submit details. An order confirmation email/SMS will be sent (this does not mean acceptance).
4.3 BTO may accept/reject orders. A shipping confirmation creates a binding contract.
4.4 BTO may correct typographical/clerical errors without liability.
5.1 Prices are in HKD (inclusive of tax, excluding shipping). Changes take effect immediately upon notice.
5.2 Pricing errors: BTO will notify you; unconfirmed orders may be canceled with a refund.
5.3 Payment methods: Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash on delivery (if available).

7.1 Returns must follow FAQ instructions.
7.2 Damaged/incorrect items must be returned within 5 business days. Returns after 7 business days may be refused.
7.3 Exchanges are only accepted for products of higher value than the original purchase.
8.1 Risk transfers to you upon delivery. If you fail to receive products, you bear the risk of loss/damage.
8.2 Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
8.3 BTO may demand product return before ownership transfers.
9.1 BTO is a forum provider and is not liable for user-generated content.
